EXODUS reserves the right to deny access to the website and forum at any time, at our sole discretion. Upon Purchase you agree you understand what you are purchasing. You agree that you have thoroughly read through the requirements and the product you are purchasing is compatible with your Computer.

A license key or user account, containing the ability to access EXODUS products, must have been obtained through purchasing a product through our payment system. EXODUS is not liable for potential claims caused by one of their consumers on intellectual property of third parties. In such events, the consumer protects EXODUS for claims from third parties. We reserve the right to revoke viewing and purchasing access to the website at any time for the following reasons: • Chargeback, claim or dispute • Misuse of an account • Abuse or misconduct • Breaking our community guidelines • Working for an opposite entity

Customer support hours are 24/7. Support requests are processed within 24hours on the provided support systems unless unforeseen problems arise that warrant an extension of this time.
